From kaolin clay refining, wheel throwing, shaping, trimming, hand-painting, glazing, to high-temperature kiln firing, every step of the process is fully handcrafted within our own facilities. Our workshop is powered by over 30 years of master craftsmanship, guided by artisans who continue the proud tradition of Jingdezhen ceramics. We operate our own clay factory, wheel-throwing workshop, kiln facility, and warehouse, ensuring full control of quality and consistency from raw material to finished piece. 2002 – 2007The Foundation Years
In 2002, the kiln factory was founded in Jingdezhen — the ancient capital of porcelain. The early years were filled with long nights and handmade experiments. With only a few kilns and a small team of passionate craftsmen, the factory focused on mastering the firing temperature and glaze consistency that define true Jingdezhen quality. Each successful firing felt like a victory earned through smoke, sweat, and persistence.2008 – 2014Innovation and Expansion
By 2008, the factory began to expand beyond traditional handcrafts, introducing electric kilns and semi-automatic forming machines. The production capacity increased, but the spirit of craftsmanship never faded. The team explored new glaze colors and forms, creating pieces that blended classic Chinese aesthetics with modern minimalism. In 2011, the first overseas order was shipped — a small but historic step toward the world market.2015 – 2020Transformation and Recognition
Between 2015 and 2020, the kiln factory entered a new era of innovation. The introduction of digital temperature control systems and precision casting dramatically improved product stability. Exhibiting at the Canton Fair and other international trade shows brought recognition and partnerships from Europe, Japan, and North America. In 2018, the brand was officially registered, marking the transition from a traditional workshop to a recognized ceramic manufacturer.2021 – 2025Intelligence, Sustainability, and Global Vision
In 2021, the kiln factory embraced smart production — integrating IoT monitoring, energy-saving kilns, and digital design collaboration. The pandemic challenged global trade, but it also pushed the factory to build an online presence, connecting directly with designers and retailers worldwide.
