At JDZCERAMICS.COM, every item is 100% handmade by skilled Jingdezhen artisans, including hand-throwing, painting, glazing, and high-temperature kiln firing. Due to the handcrafted nature and the uniqueness of each piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, size, color variation, or custom designs. Each piece is inspected carefully before shipment to ensure quality.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or replace the item at no extra cost. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for the refund or replacement process.
Shipping Returns
We ship internationally via trusted carriers such as Yanwen Logistics and DHL Express. If delivery attempts fail due to an unserviceable address or other shipping issues, we will contact you and issue a full refund. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature and custom specifications of our products, exchanges are not available. Every item is unique and may vary slightly in shape, color, or texture, which is considered part of the charm and value of handmade ceramics.
Gifts
Handmade and custom items make excellent gifts, but please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift purchases unless the product arrives damaged or defective. For gifting, we recommend including your order number and a clear message when contacting us in case of any issues.
